ANNUAL ACAF/FDOT ASPHALT CONFERENCE RESCHEDULED
NEW DATE November 29-30, 2017

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to  Hurricane Irma, the Annual Asphalt Conference has been rescheduled to November 29-30, 2017 (Wednesday/Thursday) at the same location (Wyndham Orlando Resort International Drive, 8001 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819). The schedule of events will remain the same except for the date change.

Registrants, Exhibitors, Sponsors:  Your fee’s paid will be automatically transferred to this new date. If for some reason you cannot attend this new date, please notify us in writing at acaf@acaf.org and a refund will be arranged.

Hotel Reservations:  As of September 7, 2017 all existing room reservations were canceled. You will need to make a new room reservation for the rescheduled dates. Please follow the link below to make your new room reservations. The deadline to register for the hotel is November 7, 2017.

Schedule: We may need to make some adjustments to the conference schedule depending on speaker availability.  We will reconfirm with all the speakers and publish a new schedule as soon as possible.

41st Annual Asphalt Conference & Tradeshow will be held at the Wyndham Orlando Resort

September 11-12, 2017     November 29-30, 2017

The annual asphalt conference has been in continuous run since its start in 1976. Considered the premiere asphalt event annually in Florida, this program is spread over two days and includes a trade show, reception, and a full day of programming. Held annually on the second Monday and Tuesday in September, the conference is currently based in Orlando for ease of access around the state. PDH’s are provided via an agreement with the University of Florida T2 Center.
